Contractors build the work. We connect the pieces.
Partner with Grind Vine on coordinated home energy projects. We turn assessments into clear scopes, align qualified trades and homeowners, and prepare documentation for HOMES and HEAR program review.
HOW WE WORK WITH CONTRACTORS
Grind Vine coordinates scopes, schedules, homeowner communication, trade handoffs, project closeout and available rebates. We support work involving insulation, air sealing, HVAC, heat pump water heaters, related electrical upgrades, assessments and testing. Our role connects technical requirements with organized delivery; the installing contractor remains responsible for its licensed trade work, field verification and workmanship.
A CLEAR PROJECT PATH
Review the home assessment, proposed measures and field conditions.
-
Confirm program eligibility, required reservation and approved scope before mobilization.
-
Verify quantities, sizing, exact product or matched-system eligibility, permits and pricing.
-
Complete safe installation with required before-and-after evidence.
-
Finish testing, inspections, homeowner handoff, warranty records and closeout.
WHAT TO HAVE READY
Send your company name, trade specialties, service counties, license and insurance details where applicable, crew capacity, certifications and primary contact. For each project, expect clear estimates, jobsite safety, respect for the home, prompt escalation of moisture or hidden conditions, and documentation such as photos, product records, test results, permits and final invoices as required.
WORKFORCE CONNECTION
Grind Vine also designs clean-energy training and Registered Apprenticeship pathways. Qualified employer partners can help shape practical skills, offer supervised field learning and meet future hiring needs.
